Our Story

In 2017, Dr. Soumi Eachempati had the idea to build an ER health triage app that would make a difference for patients and physicians. Together with co-founder Ashley John Heather, GoNoGo was launched in 2018 and was being tested by hospitals, then COVID-19 hit in early 2020.

During the 1st wave of the pandemic, Dr. Soumi was asked to run a COVID-19 clinic at one of the largest hospitals in New York. With this experience, the idea to pivot GoNoGo into a broader safety platform CLEARED4 to ensure employees, visitors and students were safe and COVID-free when returning to offices, venues, and travel.

Along with his technology and business partner, Ashley John Heather, they created CLEARED4, a leading SaaS-driven, cloud-based, health IT platform supporting millions of users and hundreds of businesses and colleges around the world.

The CLEARED4 platform is now extending beyond COVID-19 to provide additional healthcare-related support tools to its clients including Drug and Alcohol test tracking, mental health applications, and much more.

Dr. Soumi Eachempati

Co-Founder, CEO & CMO

Dr. Soumi Eachempati is a former Professor of Surgery and Public Health at Weill Cornell Medical College where he worked from 1998-2017. Among his many accolades, Dr. Eachempati was also the Director of both the Surgical ICU as well as Trauma at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Center. He also received an appointment in the Division of Public Health.

Ashley John Heather

Co-Founder, President/COO

Mr. Heather has been developing software and marketing solutions for over 25 years. His innovative software solutions have been used to redefine music recognition (Shazam), healthcare (Off The Scale), consumer retail experiences (Engage360) and more. He helped to co-found CHS in 2015 with Dr. Soumi Eachempati and Dr. Rob Todd.

Dr. Rob Todd

Co-Founder, Medical Advisor

Dr. S. Rob Todd has had a distinguished career as a trauma surgeon with positions at prestigious medical centers including New York University Bellevue Hospital Center and Baylor College of Medicine/Ben Taub Hospital. He and Dr. Eachempati co-Founded Chelsea Health Solutions in 2015.
