A U.S.-based, 10-year-old financial services company with offices around the world that offers digital financial solutions for individuals, businesses, and investors.

The Challenge

The company had the unique challenge of navigating how to safely resume in-person operations for its 10,000 employees in 10 different offices in 23 different countries. Manually collecting and managing the health data of the entire organization–in real-time, across oceans and multiple time zones–was not a realistic or feasible means of achieving operational readiness.

The Solution

With its cloud-based, HIPAA-compliant, and secure all-in-one platform, CLEARED4 is able to collect employees’ health data through a fully automated, daily health survey.

The customized application:

The Benefits

The company started using the CLEARED4 platform in January 2022 and has successfully maintained all in-person operations, both in the U.S. and globally, since that time. Currently, only 32% of their employees are vaccinated, which further validates the efficacy of the CLEARED4 platform in preventing COVID-19 outbreaks.

In just a few clicks, they are able to quickly send custom emails and texts to specific groups of individuals.

Due to the unpredictability of COVID waves, as well as the endemic status of the virus, they will continue to partner with CLEARED4 to protect the health and well-being of their employees. The daily health survey will continue to be a part of their ongoing health and safety best practices. In addition, the dynamic group messaging feature has proven to be an invaluable tool in communicating efficiently and effectively with their staff, even outside of COVID-related messaging.
