What is required?

1.  Provide proof that each worker is fully vaccinated*

2. Track & test unvaccinated workers for COVID-19 at least on a weekly basis. Records required:

  • Employee vaccination documentation

  • Employee COVID-19 test results and timing

  • Aggregated number of fully vaccinated employees

  • Total number of employees

3. Ensure all unvaccinated workers wear masks in workplace

4. Provide paid time for workers to get vaccinated and sick leave to recover from side effects

5. Report work-related COVID-19 hospitalization/death

* 2 doses of Pfizer or Moderna, 1 dose of J&J. Full vaccination mandatory for all Federal and healthcare facility workers.
