A publicly traded telecommunications giant that, over the past 23 years, has transformed itself from a telephone switchboard operator to one of the top 5G wireless carriers in the United States.

The Challenge

The company had the unique challenge of navigating how to safely resume in-person operations in three different workplace scenarios: their corporate offices, call centers, and more than 7,000 retail stores. Their dedicated team of 30 Health & Safety professionals was attempting to manually track the health of the entire organization of 75,000 people, a process that was tedious, inefficient, time-consuming–and not at all sustainable long-term.

The Solution
