The Inspired Home Show by the International Home and Housewares Association is taking place at the largest conference center in North America - McCormick Place in Chicago. The show features thousands of exhibitors from over 45 countries, and typically serves more than 60,000 attendees. Given CLEARED4’s ability to validate health passes/vaccination proof from over 40 countries, we enable business-driving, global events like this to take place.
Why is this important? The Home Show is a key event for determining their product assortment and ordering inventory for the season ahead. In one location, these buyers are exposed to global product innovation, new suppliers and existing partners. For influencers and media, this show enables them to see, touch, hear and smell new products - to identify trends, and promote global innovation.
The International Shopping Center Association is having their multi-day gathering of dealmakers and industry experts in Las Vegas. The show is expected to have 30,000 attendees with 30% traveling from outside the US – representing 119 countries. CLEARED4 will be used to ensure real-time safe entries to the event by validating vaccination proof from around the globe and recording negative test results.
Incentive Travel Events
Prior to the pandemic, Aflac hosted over 580 sales events each year. Aflac reinstated incentive travel for independent agents and has been successfully using the CLEARED4 platform in partnership with Stackable Sensations to ensure participants are healthy and safe before, during and after the events. Based on the successful event outcomes, Aflac expanded their use of the CLEARED4 technology to include 20,000+ corporate staff and visitors.
Venues for Entertainment & Sports
CLEARED4 provides the automated communication and technology platform and KOACORE provides on-site test management. KOACORE conducted over 80,000 tests in Q4, 2021, and processed over 1300 test in less than 2 hours at one Slipknot concert. In addition to fans, CLEARED4 and KOACORE partner to manage vaccine verification and testing for 50,000+ Live Nation corporate and venue/back of house staff.

Legends Hospitality was tasked with creating a comprehensive plan to safely reopen AT&T Stadium retail and food/beverage operations, for events involving thousands of staff and volunteers. Legends Hospitality required a platform that was simple enough to ensure a high rate of accurate staff adoption, but sophisticated enough to provide retrievable reports and monitor best practices. CLEARED4 sent out health surveys to stadium staff, documenting all health attestations, alerted stadium management of potential issues, and conducted invaluable contact tracing, all while maintaining strict compliance with all existing HIPAA privacy laws.
