The Challenge
In a survey, FURNISHED QUARTERS’ guests rated the most important procedures and amenities required for them to feel confident about renting accommodations during the pandemic. Health of staff was included in the top five areas of importance. FURNISHED QUARTERS needed a mechanism to instill confidence in staff and guests that it was safe to return to work and stay in the accommodations provided by the company.
The Solution
Since March of 2020, FURNISHED QUARTERS has been in the forefront of instituting protocols to keep guests and staff safe. Central to these protocols is the daily health screening, via CLEARED4, that all staff undergo before reporting to work. CLEARED4 automates the procedure of surveying the staff, issuing a GreenPass to employees who pass the daily health assessments, reducing the administrative burden on FURNISHED QUARTERS staff and demonstrating FURNISHED QUARTERS’ due diligence in providing the safest possible environment for both staff and guests. The administrative staff of FURNISHED QUARTERS are able to record temperatures and directly contact employees in the system via text message and email should urgent information need to be shared with staff.

The assessment, which is updated according to CDC and state quarantine guidelines, plays a leading role in FURNISHED QUARTERS efforts to stay ahead of the curve.
