A contractor who previously worked with the production company claimed an insurance benefit for back pay related to COVID-19 in the summer of 2022 timeframe. In CLEARED4, this user had been answering the daily health survey as “no symptoms” until a certain date. Then they answered that they had “strong symptoms” and were instructed by their employer’s policy not to come to work and test for COVID-19. This was included in their medical claim. Their COVID-19 test result which was administered by a doctor was uploaded into CLEARED4 with a date/time stamp and indicated a negative result.
